Day to Day

Starting the Day at the Office

Our representatives usually start the day in the office, where they catch up with their NextPlay Trainer and team. Mornings are focused on training and development, where reps learn new sales techniques, communication skills, and how to improve their performance.

This is also a chance to practice sales scenarios, build confidence, and push outside of comfort zones. We also spend time learning from top performers in the business, which gives everyone the chance to network, ask questions, and learn how to improve faster.

Heading Out to Campaigns

After the morning meeting and training, the team heads out to their campaign locations in teams.

If it’s an events-based campaign, we work in busy, high-footfall locations where there are lots of people to speak to. This gives our representatives the opportunity to have more conversations, meet more people, and hit their targets.

Our teams work towards daily and weekly goals, but we always make sure the environment stays positive, supportive, and fun. Face-to-face sales is a people business, so enjoying the day and building confidence is a big part of the job.

Throughout the day, teams take breaks and have lunch together. This is a good time to relax, reset, and talk about how the day is going so far.

End of the Day

At the end of the day, representatives usually check in with their mentor or trainer, sometimes over the phone, to review performance, talk about what went well, and what to improve on for the next day.

Some days, the team might go for food, attend team nights, or social events - but this is always optional and completely up to the individual.
